Athletes' Village

Front and center in our plan is Camp Casey Conference Center, administered by Seattle Pacific University. Located adjacent to Fort Casey State Park and within 10 miles of Fort Ebey State Park, this previous U.S. Army facility offers dormitory and semi-private lodging and meal service for up to 600 people. The site also features two auditoriums, a gymnasium, athletic fields, and two miles of shoreline for additional possibilities for social gatherings.

Everyone (kids, adults, visitors and locals) is welcome to stay here!

We anticipate that most interscholastic and intercollegiate competitors, as well as parents and coaches, will stay in the Athletes' Village, which is why we are organizing our social programming and meals here, as well as staging two non-championship races within walking distance. This will be a festive atmosphere!

Barrack Housing (we can house your whole team together!):

Because we have access to several buildings (and floors within buildings), we’ll be organizing people by age, sex, team, or club. Adults attending without kids won’t have to share a barrack with a bunch of teenagers! Our goal is to lodge adults together, and high school kids in another, with boys and girls staying on separate floors. Coaches and chaperones would get the semi-private areas on those floors. We also understand that the age range of the kids competing will range from under 10 to over 20, and our intent is to have older kids stay in different buildings than the younger kids.

Meal Plan Prices:

Breakfast: $5.65 per person

Lunch: $8.45 per person

Dinner: $11.50 per person

Social Activities:
In addition to meals, the mixer relay, sprint relay, and 'Hood Hunt, the following will be available on the grounds at Camp Casey: Soccer, frisbee, basketball, volleyball, ping pong, billards, foosball, hiking trails, and a beach with campfires! (Or, if the weather is bad, we'll hunker down in the auditorium for some indoor fun!)
